"Took forever to get my order"
I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but the turnaround ended up being way slower than what they said. I kept checking and waiting, and it got frustrating. It ended up throwing off my plans, which was really annoying.

I don’t remember every little detail about the delivery, but I definitely remember the box looking smashed when it arrived. The packaging was pretty much ruined, which was disappointing

I checked out Hotcards, my gut reaction was that the pricing felt a little too high for what I’d be getting. It might make sense for some people, but for my budget, it just didn’t click. I ended up finding cheaper options elsewhere, so I didn’t feel like the value was really there for me.

I went with hotcards.com because I sorta needed help cleaning up my design before it went to print. The design assistance sounded useful at first, but the whole process ended up being frustrating.
It took longer than I expected to get replies, and when they did respond, it kinda felt like they hadn’t really read what I was asking for. The edits weren’t what I wanted, so I had to explain the same thing again, which got old fast.
Eventually, I just approved it because I was tired of the back and forth. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it wasn’t really worth paying extra for the design help.

"Limited customization was a letdown"
I was disappointed by how little I could customize. It felt way more restrictive than it needed to be, and the frustration was totally preventable if there were just a few more options to tweak things...

"Repeat orders keep turning out different"
I’ve ordered from Hotcards a few times now, and the same issue keeps happening over and over. The colors don’t match the last batch, the finish looks different, and every reorder feels like I’m just hoping it comes out right. It should be simple to order the same thing again, but it’s been the same frustration each time. I’m tired of dealing with it and won’t be using them again...

"Prints were blurry and the colors felt off"
The cards came in looking kind of blurry, which was disappointing. Also, the colors didn’t really match what I expected, they seemed a bit off. I was hoping they’d look sharper overall, especially since the design looked fine before printing.

I checked out hotcards.com hoping there’d be a decent range of options, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the products looked really basic, and I had a hard time finding anything that fit what I needed. I also got the feeling there might be extra fees added later in the checkout process, which made me even less interested in sticking around. Ended up leaving without placing an order. Just didn’t feel worth the time for me.

I ordered this thinking it would show up when it was supposed to, but nope. The delivery date kept getting pushed back and nobody really gave me a straight answer on what was going on. By the time it finally arrived, it was too late for what I needed it for, so yeah, useless at that point. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they didn’t do much besides give vague answers. If I need something by a certain date, I’m not trusting this again.

"Good printing maybe, but getting help was a headache"
I really wanted this to be a smooth experience, and at first I was still hopeful about my order. But trying to get help from customer service was so frustrating. I emailed more than once, one message never got a reply at all, and the other response felt like a generic copy-paste that didn’t really answer me. I kept going from annoyed to just tired of chasing updates myself. Maybe the actual printing turns out fine, but when you need support, it feels like nobody is really there.

I hate leaving negative reviews, and maybe I’m being too picky, but the reprint I received really wasn’t good. I reached out expecting a refund, but it never actually came through. Overall, just a frustrating experience.

"Ordering was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried to place an order, but the website made it a hassle. The pages were loading slowly, the menu was confusing, and I kept having to click around just to find basic info. On top of that, the terms seemed to change while I was going through the process, which was really annoying. After a while I just gave up.

"Felt a bit too flimsy"
The paper felt really thin to me. Kind of cheap, honestly. For the price, I expected something sturdier, but the cards bent easily and just didn’t feel like they’d hold up well.
The finish also looked dull, so the whole thing came across less polished than I wanted. Fine for something quick or temporary, maybe. But not for anything I’d need to look nice.

I reached out to support hoping they’d actually help fix the problem, but it never really got sorted. I kept feeling like I was being brushed aside instead of listened to, which made the whole thing frustrating.

I was disappointed when the prints arrived because they looked nothing like the proof. The colors came out dull and just kind of strange, and when you’re expecting something close to what you approved, it’s really frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I tried placing an order, but the site kept freezing right when I got to checkout. I ended up having to put my info in twice, and even then I wasn’t totally sure if the order actually went through. Something about it just made the whole process feel way more stressful than it needed to be. Not the best first impression.
